Atomic Distributing Company Inc. is a Beer and Wine Wholesale Distributorship located in Huntington, West Virginia. It was established in 1946 by Albert N. Logan and was incorporated in 1954. It began with some regional brands such as Burger Beer and Black Label and later, brands from the Miller Brewing Company.

In 1971 Paul R. Hall and Allene L. Hall (Mr. Logan’s daughter) purchased the business. Throughout the 70′s and 80′s sales from the introduction of Miller Lite and Milwaukee’s Best grew. In 1981 West Virginia opened its law’s to allow wholesalers to distribute wine products. Atomic expanded its business to include wine and began servicing accounts in 15 counties. A new facility was also built in Huntington. In 1987 another distributor was purchased that represented the brands from the Stroh Brewing Company as well as many imports such as Heineken, Guinness and Bass. In 1992 Atomic expanded again with the Coors Brands and Corona expanding its beer territory to 6 counties. The warehouse facility in Huntington and has undergone 2 building expansions since that time as business has grown.

Today Atomic Distributing remains a family owned business with the 4th generation starting to work. Atomic currently employees 47 employees, represents 25 Beer Suppliers with 275 Beer SKU’s and 18 Wine Suppliers with 850 Wine SKU’s.
